Therapy is about engaging in the process of deeper self-exploration to heal, change, and grow. Reaching out for help and wanting to change takes strength.

I am currently offering in person as well as online counseling.  For those who live in rural areas, or who have difficulty traveling to the office, online counseling may be a good option.   All that’s required is a computer with a built in or attached webcam, and broadband internet access.
